NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of CR 21-011, amending ch. PI 11 relating to changes to criteria relating to specific learning disabilities. The proposed rule seeks to update ch. PI 11 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code with respect to eligibility criteria for children with specific learning disabilities. The proposed permanent rules will not have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114 (1), Stats.
