Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On February 10, 2021, the Real Estate Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter REEB 12, relating to obsolete references to predetermination of criminal convictions in licensure applicants and apprenticeships.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 097-20, was approved by the Governor on July 16, 2020, published in Register No. 775B on July 23, 2020, and approved by Real Estate Examining Board on August 14, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
