On February 22, 2020, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter A-E 8, relating to professional conduct.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this proposed rule, SS 082-19, was approved by the Governor on August 9, 2019, published in Register 764A3 on August 19, 2019, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors on September 5, 2019.
