Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 2, 2021, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect ch. NR 350, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to requirements for wetland mitigation.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 043-19, was approved by the Governor on April 29, 2019, published in Register No. 761A1 on May 6, 2019, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on August 13, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 15, 2021.
