Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On March 3, 2021, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rule affects ch. Phar 2, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 080-20, was approved by the Governor on June 18, 2020, published in Register No. 774A4, on June 22, 2020, and approved by Pharmacy Examining Board on July 14, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on April 29, 2021.
