Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On March 4, 2021 the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 10, relating to elk management.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 118-20, was approved by the Governor on August 13, 2020, published in Register No. 776A4, on August 24, 2020, and approved by the Natural Resource Board on December 9, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
