On March 25, 2021, the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters OT 1 to 6, relating to telehealth. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 087-20, was approved by the Governor on June 30, 2020, published in Register No. 775A1 on July 6, 2020, and approved by the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board on July 30, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
