Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 19, 2021, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter N 2, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members and their spouses. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 162-20, was approved by the Governor on December 11, 2020, published in Register No. 780 B, on December 28, 2020, and approved by Board of Nursing on January 13, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
