On June 18, 2021, the Radiography Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule revises Chapter RAD 4, relating to scope of practice. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 141-20, was approved by the Governor on October 23, 2020, published in Register No. 779A1 on November 2, 2020, and approved by the Radiography Examining Board on November 30, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
