Rule Submittal Date
On June 16, 2021, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 148-20, was approved by Governor Evers on November 24, 2020, published in Administrative Register 2020 779B, on November 30, 2020. The statement of scope was approved by DHS Secretary-designee, Karen Timberlake, on January 29, 2021.
