Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of Proposed Rules
DCF 101 and 120
The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of proposed rules DCF 101 and 120, relating to asset restrictions for Wisconsin works and emergency assistance. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rule as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
A copy of the proposed rules is available on the department’s website at https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/adminrules.
