Notice of Preliminary Public Hearing and Comment Period

on Statement of Scope

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it will hold a public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 081-21. The statement of scope indicates the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection’s intent to engage in rulemaking to revise Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 50, relating to the soil and water resources management program. In accordance with s. 227.136, Wis. Stats., the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection will hold a public hearing and receive public comments regarding the proposed rulemaking as described in SS 081-21 as follows, at the time and place shown below.
