NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
PI 36, Public school inter-district open enrollment
On Friday, October 15, 2021, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 073-21, was published in Register No. 788B, on August 30, 2021, and approved by State Superintendent Jill Underly on September 14, 2021.
The proposed rule amends ch. PI 36, relating to general updates to open enrollment procedures.
Public hearings will be scheduled as required under s. 227.16 (1), Stats.
