Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of Proposed Rules

DCF 12, 13, 39, 40, 50, 52, 55, 56, 58, and 59

The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of proposed rules affecting chs. DCF 12, 13, 39, 40, 50, 52, 55, 56, 58, and 59, relating to technical corrections and minor updates to child welfare rules. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rule as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
