Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 21, 2021, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter ATCP 94, relating to Petroleum and Other Liquid Fuel Products. No related emergency rule will be necessary.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 041-21, was approved by the Governor on April 22, 2021, published in Register No. 784B, on April 26, 2021, and approved by the Board of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection on July 22, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
The hearing draft rule was approved by the Board of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection on November 18, 2021. A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined after January 15, 2022. Multiple hearings are being evaluated with COVID restrictions as a consideration.
