NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapters Tax 7 and 8 relating to excise tax provisions as a result of revisions identified in the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules report submitted on March 26, 2019.

It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department at the hearing.
