NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of CR 22-012, amending ch. PI 34 relating to tier I, 3-year school district-sponsored licenses with stipulations. The proposed permanent rules will not have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114 (1), Stats. The hearing will be held via conference call only in the manner as follows:
