Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 26, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect chs. NR 300, 301, 305 and 310, relating to administration, procedures and enforcement of the Wisconsin Wetland and Waterway regulatory program.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 122-19, was approved by the Governor on December 5, 2019, published in Register No. 768A3, on December 16, 2019, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on February 7, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in March 2022.
