Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On April 12, 2022 the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2.84, relating to scheduling Alfaxalone.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 090-21, was approved by the Governor on October 7, published in Register No. 790A3, on October 18, 2021, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on December 3, 2021.

A public hearing is not required.
