Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On April 26, 2022, the Department of Veterans Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules amend ch. VA 12, relating to the personal loan program.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 001-22, was approved by the Governor on December 22, 2021, published in Register No. 793A2 on January 10, 2022, and approved for implementation by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs on January 20, 2022.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for June 1, 2022.
