Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 6, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 166, relating to the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 103-20, was approved by the Governor on July 31, 2020, published in Register No. 776A2 on August 10, 2020, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 28, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 9, 2022.
