NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
On November 17, 2022, the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter ATCP 10, relating to dog import rabies vaccination.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 055-22, was approved by the Governor on June 30, 2022, published in Register No. 799A1, on July 5, 2022, and approved by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Board on July 21, 2022. The proposed hearing draft of the rule was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.136 (2), Stats., on November 17, 2022. A public hearing is required and will be held on January 10, 2023.
