On May 17, 2024, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter Chir 12, relating to nutritional counseling certification. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 034-23, was approved by the Governor on May 18, 2023, published in Register No. 809B, on May 30, 2023, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on August 17, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
