On October 31, 2025, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Registered Interior Designers submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect A-E 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 14 relating to Certificates of Authorization.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 029-25, was approved by the Governor on April 24, 2025, published in Register No. 833A1 on May 5, 2025, and approved by the Board on May 22, 2025. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 1, 2026.
