Notice of Submittal of Rule to Legislature



On March 19, 2026, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) submitted CR 26-005, a proposed rule in final draft form, to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.



This rule was approved by the governor on March 17, 2026.
