1995 WISCONSIN ACT 124
An Act to create 59.57 (1m) of the statutes; relating to: the recording of mortgages with a register of deeds.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
124,1 Section 1 . 59.57 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:
59.57 (1m) No person may record under this section a single instrument that contains more than one mortgage, or more than one mortgage, being assigned, partially released or satisfied.
