1995 WISCONSIN ACT 238
An Act relating to: general program operations of the state historical society and making appropriations.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Nonstatutory provisions; historical society.
(1) General program operations; library services. The authorized FTE positions for the historical society, funded from the appropriation under section 20.245 (1) (am) of the statutes, are decreased by 0.25 GPR position on July 1, 1996, for services for general program operations related to library services.

Appropriation changes; historical society.
(1) General program operations.
(a) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $51,500 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(b) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (1) (am) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $50,000 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(c) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $10,700 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(d) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (3) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $9,400 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
(e) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $95,800 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made and to increase the authorized FTE positions for the historical society by 0.75 GPR position for services for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(f) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (5) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $15,700 for fiscal year 1996-97 to decrease the authorized FTE positions for the historical society by 0.5 GPR position for services for general program operations of the historical society museum.
