1995 WISCONSIN ACT 258

An Act to amend 30.204 (1) of the statutes; relating to: the lake acidification experiment at Little Rock Lake.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

258,1 Section 1 . 30.204 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

30.204 (1) Authorization. Between May 15, 1984 and January 1, 1996 2002, the department is authorized to conduct a lake acidification experiment on the lake specified under sub. (2).
