An Act to amend 347.45 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes; relating to: the use of studded tires on school buses.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
102,1 Section 1 . 347.45 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:
347.45 (2) (c) 2. Such tires may be used only on authorized emergency vehicles, school buses, vehicles used to deliver mail and automobiles with out-of-state registrations and then only if such automobile is in the course of passing through this state for a period of not more than 30 days.
