1997 WISCONSIN ACT 320

An Act to create 46.28 (1) (e) 9. of the statutes; relating to: expanding the definition of sponsor for developing residential facilities that are eligible for financing by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

320,1 Section 1 . 46.28 (1) (e) 9. of the statutes is created to read:

46.28 (1) (e) 9. An entity that is operated for profit and that is engaged in providing medical care or residential care or services, including all of the following:

a. A hospital, as defined in s. 50.33 (2).

b. A nursing home, as defined in s. 50.01 (3).

c. A community-based residential facility, as defined in s. 50.01 (1g).

d. A residential care apartment complex, as defined in s. 50.01 (1d).
