1997 WISCONSIN ACT 332
An Act to amend 236.11 (1) (b) and 236.25 (2) (b) of the statutes; relating to: approval and recording of final plats.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
332,1 Section 1 . 236.11 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
236.11 (1) (b) If the final plat conforms substantially to the preliminary plat as approved, including any conditions of that approval, and to local plans and ordinances adopted as authorized by law, it is entitled to approval. If the final plat is not submitted within 6 24 months of after the last required approval of the preliminary plat, any approving authority may refuse to approve the final plat. The final plat may, if permitted by the approving authority, constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which the subdivider proposes to record at that time.
332,2 Section 2 . 236.25 (2) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
236.25 (2) (b) The plat is offered for record within 30 days of after the date of the last approval of the plat and within 6 24 months of after the first approval;
