2001 WISCONSIN ACT 40

An Act to create 99.02 (2) (h) of the statutes; relating to: the requirement to obtain a public warehouse keeper's license.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

40,1 Section 1. 99.02 (2) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

99.02 (2) (h) An agricultural society, association, or board that conducts a county or district fair and that receives aid under s. 93.23.
