2001 WISCONSIN ACT 71
An Act relating to: funding for the enforcement of laws regulating snowmobiles and the operation of snowmobiles and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
71,1 Section 1. Appropriation changes.
(1) Snowmobile law enforcement; tribal gaming revenues. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (3) (ak) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount is increased by $133,200 for fiscal year 2001-02 and the dollar amount is increased by $133,200 for fiscal year 2002-03 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department by 2.0 PR warden positions.
(2) Snowmobile law enforcement; snowmobile account funding. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (3) (aq) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount is decreased by $133,200 for fiscal year 2001-02 and the dollar amount is decreased by $133,200 for fiscal year 2002-03 to to decrease the authorized FTE positions for the department by 2.0 SEG warden positions.
(2m) County snowmobile trail and area aids. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (5) (cr) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount is increased by $250,000 for fiscal year 2001-02 and the dollar amount is increased by $250,000 for fiscal year 2002-03 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
