2001 WISCONSIN ACT 72

An Act to create 100.201 (2) (e) 5. of the statutes; relating to: authorizing dairy product wholesalers to furnish freezer cabinets to dairy product retailers.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

72,1 Section 1. 100.201 (2) (e) 5. of the statutes is created to read:

100.201 (2) (e) 5. A wholesaler may sell or rent portable freezer cabinets, each with a storage capacity not exceeding 12 cubic feet, to retailers for the purpose of displaying frozen dessert novelties to retail customers.
