2005 WISCONSIN ACT 102
An Act to amend 20.866 (2) (t) of the statutes; relating to: the 2005-07 Authorized State Building Program, granting bonding authority, and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
102,1 Section 1. 20.866 (2) (t) of the statutes, as affected by 2005 Wisconsin Act 25, is amended to read:
20.866 (2) (t) University of Wisconsin; self-amortizing facilities. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient for the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System to acquire, construct, develop, enlarge or improve university self-amortizing educational facilities and facilities to support such facilities. The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $1,274,517,100 $1,279,517,100 for this purpose. Of this amount, $4,500,000 is allocated only for the University of Wisconsin-Madison indoor practice facility for athletic programs and only at the time that ownership of the facility is transferred to the state.
102,2 Section 2. Nonstatutory provisions.
(1) 2005-07 state Building Program addition. In 2005 Wisconsin Act 25, section 9105 (1), the following project is added to the 2005-07 Authorized State Building Program and the appropriate totals are increased by the amount shown: - See PDF for table PDF
