2005 WISCONSIN ACT 168

An Act to create 15.347 (19) (a) 20. of the statutes; relating to: Council on Forestry membership.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

168,1 Section 1. 15.347 (19) (a) 20. of the statutes is created to read:

15.347 (19) (a) 20. One member who is employed by the federal department of agriculture, forest service, who shall be a nonvoting member.
