2005 WISCONSIN ACT 209
An Act to create 350.10 (1) (gm) of the statutes; relating to: a speed limit for operation of snowmobiles during the hours of darkness.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
209,4 Section 4. 350.10 (1) (gm) of the statutes is created to read:
350.10 (1) (gm) During the hours of darkness at a rate of speed exceeding 55 miles per hour. This paragraph does not apply after the first day of the 12th month beginning after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date].
209,5m Section 5m. Effective date.
(1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.
