2005 WISCONSIN ACT 21
An Act to amend 230.35 (1) (a) 1. to 4. of the statutes; relating to: paid vacation leave for certain nonrepresented state employees.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
21,1 Section 1. 230.35 (1) (a) 1. to 4. of the statutes are amended to read:
230.35 (1) (a) 1. Eighty One hundred four hours each year for a full year of service during the first 5 years of service;
2. One hundred twenty forty-four hours each year for a full year of service during the next 5 years of service;
2m. One hundred thirty-six sixty hours each year for a full year of service during the next 5 years of service;
3. One hundred sixty eighty-four hours each year for a full year of service during the next 5 years of service;
3m. One hundred seventy-six Two hundred hours each year for a full year of service during the next 5 years of service;
4. Two hundred sixteen hours each year for a full year of service after 25 years of service.
21,2 Section 2. Effective date.
(1) This act takes effect retroactively to January 1, 2005.
