2005 WISCONSIN ACT 393

An Act to amend 230.03 (12) (d) of the statutes; relating to: appointment to limited term and project positions in the state civil service.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

393,1 Section 1. 230.03 (12) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:

230.03 (12) (d) Is the spouse or minor child of a person meeting the requirements of par. (a), (b) or (c).
