2007 WISCONSIN ACT 128

An Act to amend 941.295 (2) (c) of the statutes; relating to: possession of an electric weapon.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

128,1 Section 1. 941.295 (2) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

941.295 (2) (c) Any corrections personnel in a county or in the department of corrections while on official duty.
