2009 WISCONSIN ACT 353
An Act relating to: expenditure of $30,000 from moneys appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources in payment of a claim against the state made by Stillmunkes, Inc.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
353,1 Section 1. Claim against the state. There is directed to be expended from the appropriation under section 20.370 (1) (ht) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2009, $30,000 in payment of a claim against the state made by Stillmunkes, Inc., Lamotte, Iowa, as reimbursement for work exceeding the amount of its purchase order for brush removal and forestry services performed at the Yellowstone Wildlife Area in 2008. Acceptance of this payment releases this state and its officers, employees, and agents from any further liability resulting from services performed by the claimant at the Yellowstone Wildlife Area in 2008.
