2009 WISCONSIN ACT 69

An Act to amend 15.445 (4) (a) 6.; and to create 15.445 (4) (am) of the statutes; relating to: membership of the State Fair Park Board.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

69,1 Section 1. 15.445 (4) (a) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:

15.445 (4) (a) 6. The secretary of agriculture, trade and consumer protection and the secretary of tourism or their designees.

69,2 Section 2. 15.445 (4) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

15.445 (4) (am) A secretary may designate a person under par. (a) 6. only if the person is an employee of the department of which the secretary is head.
