2011 WISCONSIN ACT 72
An Act to repeal 941.375 (2) (b) of the statutes; relating to: throwing or expelling a bodily substance at a public safety worker and providing a penalty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
72,1 Section 1. 941.375 (2) (b) of the statutes is repealed.
72,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to acts committed on the effective date of this subsection.
