2013 WISCONSIN ACT 44
An Act to amend 321.35 (1) of the statutes; relating to: the payment of travel expenses of national guard members on state active duty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
44,1 Section 1. 321.35 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:
321.35 (1) Every officer and enlisted person on state active duty in the national guard shall receive the base pay and, allowances, and, notwithstanding ss. 16.53 (12) (c) and 20.916 (8) and (9), travel expenses of an officer or enlisted person of equal rank in the corresponding branch of the U.S. armed forces.
44,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to travel expenses incurred on the effective date of this subsection.
