2015 WISCONSIN ACT 181

An Act to amend 60.23 (32) (b) 1. of the statutes; relating to: allowing the town of Freedom to create a tax incremental district in the same manner as a city or village.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

181,1 Section 1. 60.23 (32) (b) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

60.23 (32) (b) 1. In this paragraph, "town" means the town of Brookfield in Waukesha County or, the town of Somers in Kenosha County, or the town of Freedom in Outagamie County.
