2015 WISCONSIN ACT 247

An Act to create 168.23 (6) of the statutes; relating to: authority of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection regarding motor vehicle fueling facilities.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

247,1 Section 1. 168.23 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

168.23 (6) The department may not promulgate or enforce a rule that requires the owner or operator of a motor vehicle fueling facility to have a telephone or other means for contacting emergency services available to the public.
