2015 WISCONSIN ACT 332
An Act to create 340.01 (50m) (am) and 885.235 (1) (d) 1m. of the statutes; relating to: including a heroin metabolite in the definition of a restricted controlled substance for the purpose of chemical testing for intoxication.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
332,1 Section 1. 340.01 (50m) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
340.01 (50m) (am) The heroin metabolite 6-monoacetylmorphine.
332,2 Section 2. 885.235 (1) (d) 1m. of the statutes is created to read:
885.235 (1) (d) 1m. The heroin metabolite 6-monoacetylmorphine.
332,3 Section 3. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to violations committed or refusals occurring on the effective date of this subsection, but does not preclude the counting of other violations, convictions, suspensions, or revocations for purposes of administrative action by the department of transportation, sentencing by a court, or revocation or suspension of motor vehicle operating privileges.
