2015 WISCONSIN ACT 338

An Act to create 118.60 (9m), 119.23 (9m) and 120.123 of the statutes; relating to: school and school district accountability report.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

338,1 Section 1. 118.60 (9m) of the statutes is created to read:

118.60 (9m) Beginning in September 2016, and annually thereafter, the governing body of a private school participating in the program under this section that maintains an Internet site for the private school shall, if the private school is included in the most recent accountability report published under s. 115.385, within 30 days after the department publishes the accountability report, prominently link on the home page of that Internet site to the pages in that most recent accountability report concerning the private school.

338,2 Section 2. 119.23 (9m) of the statutes is created to read:

119.23 (9m) Beginning in September 2016, and annually thereafter, the governing body of a private school participating in the program under this section that maintains an Internet site for the private school shall, if the private school is included in the most recent accountability report published under s. 115.385, within 30 days after the department publishes the accountability report, prominently link on the home page of that Internet site to the pages in that most recent accountability report concerning the private school.

338,3 Section 3. 120.123 of the statutes is created to read:

120.123 School and school district accountability reports. Beginning in September 2016, and annually thereafter, each school that maintains an Internet site shall, if the school is included in the most recent accountability report published under s. 115.385, within 30 days after the department publishes the accountability report, prominently link on the home page of that Internet site to the pages in that most recent accountability report concerning the school.
