2017 WISCONSIN ACT 167

An Act to create 62.15 (1e) of the statutes; relating to: public contracting requirements and donated improvements.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

167,1 Section 1. 62.15 (1e) of the statutes is created to read:

62.15 (1e) Donated improvement. Subsection (1) does not apply to the construction by a private person of an improvement that is donated to the city after the completion of construction.
