2017 WISCONSIN ACT 230

An Act to amend 14.85 (9) of the statutes; relating to: membership of the Mississippi River Parkway Commission technical committee.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

230,1 Section 1. 14.85 (9) of the statutes is amended to read:

14.85 (9) The commission may establish a technical committee to advise the commission. The members of the committee shall include at least one employee each from the department departments of transportation; agriculture, trade and consumer protection; and the department of tourism and from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The commission shall request the department of transportation and the department of tourism those departments and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to designate employees to serve on the committee and may request any other state agency to designate an employee to serve on the committee.
